Broms is a New York-based filmmaker whose work spans music videos and documentary, with a passion for telling stories of identity through the female lens. Her strong background in marketing and creative development, alongside a decade-plus of experience in the music industry working with renowned female artists, ushered in her passion for women-led stories and experience on large scale music film & commercial productions. Broms also developed and launched two pillar mentorship programs for the Alicia Keys-founded organization, She Is The Music, solidifying her passion for improving the future for young women in arts and entertainment.
